How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago
US Orders: During the first hour of the order being placed, you can cancel it on your own. To do so, please log into your account, head to "My orders", where you will see a "Cancel" button. You will also receive an order cancelation email, which will confirm your order was indeed canceled. If an hour has passed since the order was placed - please reach out to us here. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled after it has begun processing but we will try to assist if possible.
