Can I edit or add an item to my order?Updated a month ago

Seconds after you place your order, it goes straight to our warehouse for processing, so this means making changes to your order can often be difficult. 

If you contact our customer service team with your order number, we can see where your order is and try to cancel it, so that you can then repurchase the correct items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled after it has begun processing.

If you don't wish to cancel your order, you can process a return instead or place an additional order.
