Can I exchange an item?
If you're in the US, you can exchange an item within 30 days from your purchase date. For more information on exchanges click here. Please note that exchanges are only available for a different size.
My exchange item is now out of stock. How does this work?
We cannot set items aside for exchanges. If your new selections are out of stock, we will go ahead and process a refund instead. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] for more help!
Can I make a direct exchange as an international customer?
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges for international customers. But don't worry, you can return your item and place a new order in the size you need!. For more details on how to exchange, click here.
Can I exchange a petite item for the regular fit?
Unfortunately, petite items cannot be exchanged for the regular fit or vice versa. However, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order for the fit you prefer!.
